Derby Town Centre Irrigation
Access Irrigation providedirrigation for an unusual living sculpture installation in Derby town centre. Consisting of a series of vertical sculptural installations, each one has a vertical wall of living plants. Each face of the wall is irrigated using drippers placed inside the sculpture.
Irrigation for Wind Tunnel
Access designed and supplied an irrigation system for Oxfordshire based ING Renault F1 to water the grass roof of their state-of-the-art wind tunnel facility.
The Round House
The conversion of a disused windmill near Cirencester into a contemporary home included a large living area sunk into the surrounding hillside. To ensure the grass covered roof area was adequately watered, Access Irrigation designed and supplied a green roof irrigation system.
Manchester Town Centre
A redevelopment of an extensive city centre square, including discrete drip irrigation for the border areas and pop-up sprinklers for the lawns.
Rugby Railway Station
Automatic irrigation system for hanging baskets and planters as part of a major redevelopment of the main line station
Odney Club
Green roof system for the John Lewis Partnership training centre. The system consisted of drip lines laid below fine turf.
White Rose Business Park
Prestigious office development in Leeds with intensive green roof for use by employees. Pop-up sprinklers were used to water turfed areas on the roof deck.
