Irrigation Training
A successful irrigation system brings may separate pieces of equipment together into a single system. In designing the system a large number of variables need to be considered - planting type, location, soil type, water supply, water regulations and budget to name a few.
To ensure professional landscapers and designers are able to effectively advise their clients, Access Irrigation runs a series of training courses.
Irrigation for Architects & Landscapers
Tuesday 9th March at Reading Tuesday 6th April at Rugby

This newly updated course is designed for Landscapers, Landscape Architects and Gerden Designers.
The course will cover:
- Fundamentals of Irrigation
- Types of Irrigation
- Rainwater Harvesting for Irrigation NEW
- Practical Demonstrations
- Water Regulations
- Specifying Irrigation
- Green Irrigation Systems NEW
The cost of the course is £59 + VAT per delegate (£49 + VAT for early bookings) including lunch and refreshments. The course will include a CPD certificate.

Practical Irrigation
Tuesday 23rd March at Reading Tuesday 27th April at Rugby

This new one day course will be classromm and outdoor based and will provide practical, in-depth knowledge to those who have already attended previous courses, or have already had experience of installing irrigation systems.
The course will cover:
- Pump control and troubleshooting
- Solenoid valve types and wiring
- Control panels and sensors
- Testing and fault finding
- Storage tank installation and maintenance
- Pipes and fittings
- Pop-up sprinkler installation and maintenance
The cost of the course is £59 + VAT per delegate (£49 + VAT for early bookings) including lunch and refreshments. The course will include a CPD certificate.
