Irrigation for Architects & Landscapers UPDATED

This newly updated course is designed for Landscapers, Landscape Architects and Garden Designers. This course provides all of the necessary background knowledge to ensure clients can be professionally advised about all aspects of irrigation.
The course will cover:

Practical Irrigation UPDATED
16th October 2012 - Milton Keynes
This one day course will be classroom and outdoor based and will provide practical, in-depth knowledge on installing drip and sprinkler systems into domestic and small commercial situations.
The course will cover:
- Pipe and Fitting Types
- Calculating pressure and flow
- Installing sprinkler and drip irrigation on borders NEW
- Installing domestic lawn sprinklers NEW
- Installing drip systems for planters and troughs NEW
- Single and multi-zone battery controllers NEW

updated one day course will be classroom based and will provide practical, in-depth knowledge to those who have already attended previous courses, or have already had experience of installing irrigation systems.
The course will cover:
- Pump types
- Pump theory
- Control of pumps
- Pump pressure and flow budgets
- Solenoid Valves
- Multi-wire and decoder control panels
- Testing and fault finding
- Routine maintenance
